Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using BillSetu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

BillSetu is provided as a beta app for local-first billing, invoice, payment, stock, and reporting workflows. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own business records.

2. Business and Tax Records

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of party, GST, item, invoice, payment, expense, stock, and report data entered into the app. BillSetu is an operational helper and does not replace professional accounting, GST, tax, legal, or audit advice.

3. Offline Sync

The app may keep records locally and queue pending sync operations when CodeServer or the network is unavailable. Review synced data after reconnecting, especially before relying on GST, invoice, payment, stock, or report summaries for formal business filings.

4. Ads and Premium

BillSetu may show ads to free users. Optional Premium removes ads only. No feature gating: billing and invoice workflow features remain available to both Free and Premium users. Purchases and restores may be managed through RevenueCat and the relevant app store.

5. Privacy

Data handling is described in the BillSetu Privacy Policy.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as beta workflows, sync behavior, ads, billing, or store requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
