By downloading, installing, or using Fastest Finger ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. License

Fastest Finger is provided as a free game. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your device for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Use of the Game

You agree to use the game for lawful personal entertainment, not reverse-engineer it, not redistribute it, and not interfere with ads, purchases, update checks, or feedback features.

3. Advertising and Premium

Fastest Finger is free and may be supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Optional premium may remove ads through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat entitlement handling. Premium does not change the core gameplay rules.

4. Offline Play and Local Data

The game is designed to work offline for gameplay. Best score, achievements, settings, and related progress are stored locally on your device. For details, see the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, or that the game will be free of bugs.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

7. Changes

We may update these terms when features change. Continued use of the game after updates means you accept the updated terms.
