Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using mSalesOps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

mSalesOps is provided as a beta app for local-first sales operations. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own business workflows.

2. Business Records

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of customer, inventory, GST, invoice, payment, attendance, and dispatch data entered into the app. The app is an operational helper and does not replace professional accounting, tax, legal, or employment advice.

3. Offline Sync

The app may keep records locally and queue pending sync operations when CodeServer or the network is unavailable. Review synced data after reconnecting, especially before relying on invoice, payment, or stock reports for formal business decisions.

4. Ads and Premium

mSalesOps may show ads to free users. Optional Premium removes ads only. No feature gating: workflow features remain available to both Free and Premium users. Purchases and restores may be managed through RevenueCat and the relevant app store.

5. Privacy

Data handling is described in the mSalesOps Privacy Policy.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as beta workflows, sync behavior, ads, billing, or store requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
