By downloading, installing, or using mSync ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
mSync is provided free with advertising support. A Premium subscription is available to remove ads. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Music and Content
mSync synchronizes playback metadata between participants. The app itself does not distribute, rehost, or license copyrighted music. Playback and streaming rights are governed by whichever music service or source you use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of mSync complies with the terms of that music source.
3. Use of the App
- Use the app only for its intended purpose — listening in sync with friends.
- Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
- Do not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app.
- Do not use the app for abusive purposes, spam, or harassment of other users.
4. Subscriptions and Ads
mSync ships as free with ads. An optional Premium subscription (via Google Play Billing and RevenueCat) removes ads. No feature gating.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Sync accuracy depends on network conditions; we do not guarantee perfect synchronization.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when new features are added. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
