1. License
Minimal Launcher is provided as a free application. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Use of the App
You agree to:
- Use the app only for its intended purpose as an Android launcher.
- Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Not redistribute, sell, or sublicense the app.
3. Accessibility Service
The app uses Android's AccessibilityService API solely for the screen-lock feature. This service does not read, collect, or transmit any screen content or personal data. You may revoke this permission at any time from Android system settings.
4. Device Administrator
The app offers an optional Device Administrator feature to prevent accidental uninstallation. Enabling this is entirely voluntary. You can disable it at any time from Settings > Security > Device Admin Apps. You must disable Device Admin before uninstalling the app.
5. Biometric Authentication
The app uses Android's BiometricPrompt API to protect hidden apps. The app does not access, store, or process your biometric data. All biometric verification is handled by the Android operating system.
6. Data and Privacy
All data created by the app (pinned apps, hidden apps, notes, settings) is stored locally on your device and is deleted when the app is uninstalled. No data is transmitted to any external server. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when new features are added. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
