What mLudo does

  • An octagon Ludo board with room for 2, 4, 6, or 8 players
  • Play vs Computer offline with Easy, Normal, and Hard bots
  • Pass & Play offline, sharing one phone at the table
  • Online Quick Match by mode and player count, with the option to fill empty seats with labelled bots after 30 seconds
  • Private online rooms with a 4-character code; the host can add bots and starts the game
  • Classic mode with 4 tokens, or Quick mode with 2 tokens that start on the board
  • Offline games save automatically so you can resume later
  • English and Hindi, with light and dark themes

The rules

  • Roll a 6 to bring a token out of base
  • Roll again after a 6, a capture, or bringing a token home; three 6s in a row ends your turn
  • Star entry squares are safe, and two tokens of one colour on a square form a pair that cannot be captured
  • You need the exact roll to reach the centre; the first player with every token home wins

Common questions

Is mLudo free?

Yes. Every game mode is free: Play vs Computer, Pass & Play, Quick Match, and private online rooms. The free game shows ads on menus, after a finished match, and when you return to the app outside a game. Ads never cover the board. No gameplay feature is gated behind Premium.

What does mLudo Premium include?

mLudo Premium is an optional monthly or yearly subscription, each with a 7-day free trial. Premium removes ads and unlocks the Midnight, Royal, and Neon board themes and the Gems and Pawns token styles. It renews automatically until you cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and you can restore it from Settings.

Does it work offline?

Yes. Play vs Computer and Pass & Play work with no internet, and unfinished offline games are saved on your device. Quick Match and private online rooms need a connection.

How does online play stay fair?

The server rolls the dice for online games. Each turn has a 15-second timer and a move is made for you if it runs out. If you disconnect, you keep your seat for 60 seconds; after that a bot plays for you. Bots in online games are always labelled.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-in, text chat, or custom nickname. Online you get a generated name such as "Swift Tiger" that you can reroll, and you can send preset emotes.

Is there real money or gambling?

No. mLudo is played for fun only. There are no bets, cash prizes, or tradeable items.

How do I send feedback?
