mLudo Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using mLudo ("the game"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. License

mLudo is provided as a free online game. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on your device for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Online Play

mLudo depends on network access for rooms, matchmaking, moves, and configuration. You agree not to abuse online play, spam rooms, attempt to disrupt matches, reverse-engineer the service, or send illegal, harmful, or sensitive personal content through player-visible fields.

3. Advertising and Premium

mLudo is free and may be supported by ads served through approved ad providers. Optional Premium removes ads through Apple, Google, and RevenueCat entitlement handling. Premium does not change the core game rules or guarantee wins, matchmaking priority, or special dice outcomes.

4. Local Data and Privacy

The app stores local settings and match state on your device and connects to Trei CodeServer for online play. For details on data handling, ads, purchases, and feedback, see the mLudo Privacy Policy.

5. Service Availability

Online rooms and backend services may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, or required updates. Backend configuration may pause the app or require an update when an old build is no longer supported.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect matchmaking, compatibility with every device, or that the game will be free of bugs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game or online service.

8. Feedback and Support

You can send app feedback through trei.dev/feedback. Feedback does not create a support contract, but it helps us debug and improve the game.

9. Changes

We may update these terms when features, store requirements, or service behavior change. Continued use of mLudo after updates means you accept the updated terms.
