mLudo Terms of Service

These terms apply to mLudo ("the game"), a Ludo game for Android and iOS made by Trei ("we", "us", "the developer"). By downloading, installing, or using mLudo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game. The terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play also apply to your download and any purchase.

1. License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use mLudo on devices you own or control for non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, resell, or redistribute the game, or reverse-engineer it except where the law allows.

2. The Game

mLudo is played on an octagon board for 2 to 8 players. You can play against the computer or pass one device around (Pass & Play) without an internet connection, or play online through Quick Match or a private room with a 4-character code. Online matches may include bots: in Quick Match you can fill empty seats with bots after 30 seconds, a room host can add bots, and a bot plays for a player who has not reconnected within 60 seconds. Bots are labelled as bots.

3. No Gambling or Real Money

mLudo is for entertainment only. There are no bets, wagers, cash prizes, or rewards with real-world value, and nothing in the game can be exchanged for money. Do not use mLudo to organise gambling or play for stakes of any kind.

4. Fair Play

Online dice are rolled by our server, and each turn has a 15-second timer; if the timer runs out a move is made for you. You agree not to:

  • use cheats, bots, scripts, modified clients, or automation to play for you or gain an advantage;
  • interfere with the server, matchmaking, dice, timers, or other players' connections;
  • exploit bugs, or deliberately disconnect to disrupt matches for other players.

We may end matches or restrict online access for installs that break these rules.

5. Online Conduct

There is no text chat, custom nickname, or account. Online players get a generated name and can send preset emotes only. Treat other players with respect: do not use emotes, room codes, or repeated actions to harass, spam, or intimidate anyone. Only share private room codes with people you want to play with. If you experience abuse or a problem in an online match, report it through the mLudo feedback page.

6. Advertising

mLudo is free to download and play, and the free version shows ads: a banner on menu screens, an interstitial after a finished match, and an app-open ad when you return to the app outside a game. Ads are never shown over the game board. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.

7. mLudo Premium Subscription

mLudo Premium is optional. Every game mode stays free without it. Premium removes ads and unlocks the Midnight, Royal, and Neon board themes and the Gems and Pawns token styles. Premium does not change the core game rules and does not give any advantage in dice rolls, matchmaking, or wins.

  • Plans. Premium is offered as a monthly or a yearly subscription. The price for your country is shown in the app and in the store before you confirm.
  • Free trial. Each plan includes a 7-day free trial for eligible users. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts to a paid subscription and you are charged through your App Store or Google Play account.
  • Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancellation. Cancel any time in your App Store (Apple ID) or Google Play subscription settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • Refunds. Payments are processed by Apple or Google, and refunds are handled under their refund policies.
  • Restore purchases. If you reinstall mLudo or change devices on the same store account, use Restore Purchases in Settings to restore Premium.

8. Privacy

mLudo stores settings, saved offline games, stats, and an online install ID on your device, and connects to Trei CodeServer for online play. Details on analytics, crash reports, ads, consent, and purchases are in the mLudo Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability and Updates

Online play depends on our servers and your connection, and may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. Offline modes keep working. We may change, add, or remove features, and may require an update when an old version is no longer supported. Unfinished online matches may be lost if you disconnect for more than 60 seconds or after match data expires.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect matchmaking, compatibility with every device, or that the game is free of bugs.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game or online service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

12. Termination

You can stop using mLudo at any time by uninstalling it; remember to cancel any subscription in your store settings. We may suspend online access for installs that break these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India, except where the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

14. Feedback and Support

Send questions, bug reports, and support requests through trei.dev/feedback. Include your platform and app version so we can help.

15. Changes

We may update these terms when features, store requirements, or service behavior change. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of mLudo after an update means you accept the updated terms.
