1. License
mPets is provided free with advertising support. A Premium subscription is available to remove ads. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Not a Veterinary Tool
mPets is a pet wellness tracker for personal record-keeping. It is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for medical decisions about your pet.
3. Use of the App
- Use the app only for its intended purpose — tracking your own pets' wellness.
- Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code.
- Do not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app.
4. Subscriptions and Ads
mPets is free with ads. An optional Premium subscription (managed via Google Play Billing and RevenueCat) removes ads. Same features are available to Free and Premium users.
5. Cloud Sync
If you opt in to cloud sync, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We will take reasonable steps to protect synced data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including any harm to your pet resulting from reliance on app reminders or logs. Always verify medication, feeding, and vet schedules independently.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when new features are added. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
