By downloading, installing, or using mShadi ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. Age Requirement
mShadi is restricted to users aged 18 and above. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use a matrimonial service in your jurisdiction.
2. License
mShadi is provided free with advertising support. A Premium subscription is available to remove ads. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your Android device for personal, non-commercial purposes.
3. Account and Profile Honesty
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile.
- You may create only one account per person.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- Fake profiles, catfishing, impersonation, or misrepresentation will result in account termination.
4. Community Guidelines
- Be respectful to other users.
- Do not send harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate messages.
- Do not upload photos that contain nudity, violence, or copyrighted content you do not own.
- Do not use the app for commercial solicitation, spam, or fraud.
- Do not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools against the service.
5. Moderation, Blocking, and Reporting
mShadi provides tools to block and report other users. We reserve the right to review reported content, remove profiles or messages that violate these terms, and suspend or terminate accounts of violators.
6. Subscriptions and Ads
mShadi ships as free with ads. An optional Premium subscription (managed via Google Play Billing and RevenueCat) removes ads. No feature gating — same functionality for Free and Premium.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee matches, communication success, or marital outcomes. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users. Always exercise personal judgement and safety precautions when meeting anyone from the app in person.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including any damage resulting from your interactions with other users — online or offline.
10. Account Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend any account that violates these terms, without notice.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when new features are added. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
