AlertBox reads payment notifications from your banking, UPI, and default messaging apps via Android Notification Access, matches them against known bank/UPI templates, then announces the amount aloud.
Is AlertBox free?
Yes. It is free and ad-supported. Premium removes ads.
Is my notification data sent to Trei?
No. Notification parsing happens entirely on-device. Nothing is uploaded.
Which banks and UPI apps are supported?
Most major Indian banks and UPI apps are supported out of the box. Custom templates can be added.
Does it drain my battery?
AlertBox is event-driven — it only activates when a matching payment notification arrives, so idle battery use is negligible.
