Service Delivery Policy

Trei (operated by Anshika Maurya) provides digital services — web development, web design, mobile app development, and digital marketing / SEO. We do not ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges or courier timelines. This policy explains how and when digital deliverables reach you.

1. How deliverables are delivered

Deliverables are provided electronically, through channels such as:

• A deployed website or web app at your domain or a staging URL we provide;
• Source code and assets via a Git repository, shared drive, or download link;
• Design files, documents, and reports via email or a shared link to your registered email address.

2. Delivery timelines

Indicative timelines are agreed in your proposal or invoice (the “Order”). Typical ranges:

• Landing / single-page site: 1–2 business days.
• Multi-page business website: 4–7 business days.
• E-commerce website: 1–2 weeks.
• Custom web / app builds: 2–5 weeks, or as scoped in the Order.
• SEO / digital marketing: ongoing monthly delivery with regular reporting.

Our AI-assisted development workflow lets us deliver noticeably faster than typical agency timelines. Timelines start once the advance is received and required inputs (content, brand assets, access) are provided. Delays in inputs or approvals may extend delivery dates.

3. Confirmation

On delivery of a milestone or the final project, we notify you by email at your registered address with access details or files. Please review promptly so revisions (within the agreed scope) can be scheduled.
