Terms & Conditions
Trei (“Trei”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a proprietorship operated by Anshika Maurya, based in India, offering web development, web design, mobile app development, and digital marketing / SEO services (the “Services”). By engaging Trei, requesting a quote, or making a payment through trei.dev or a Trei-issued payment link, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services & scope
The specific deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement are defined in a written proposal, quotation, invoice, or statement of work agreed between you and Trei (the “Order”). Work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately as a change request. Trei provides Services on a professional best-effort basis and does not guarantee any specific business outcome (for example, search rankings, traffic, or revenue), as these depend on factors outside our control.
2. Quotes, invoices & payment
- Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless noted.
- Projects typically require an advance (commonly 40%–50%) before work begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones or on delivery, as stated in the Order.
- Payments are collected online through our payment partner Razorpay. Trei does not store your full card, UPI, or bank credentials; these are handled by the PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway.
- Work may be paused if an invoice remains unpaid beyond its due date.
3. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide, in a timely manner, the content, credentials, brand assets, approvals, and feedback needed to deliver the Services. You confirm that any material you supply does not infringe third-party rights and is lawful. Delays in providing inputs may extend timelines.
4. Revisions & delivery
Each engagement includes the number of revision rounds stated in the Order. Additional revisions may be chargeable. Digital deliverables (source code, designs, deployed sites, or reports) are provided electronically — see our Delivery Policy. Timelines are estimates and may shift with scope changes or delayed inputs.
5. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the final custom deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party components, open-source libraries, stock assets, and Trei’s pre-existing tools or frameworks, which remain under their respective licences. Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain the property of Trei. Trei may display non-confidential work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to perform or receive the Services.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trei’s total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees actually paid to Trei for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. Trei is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business.
9. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, India.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your Order applies to that engagement. The latest version is always published on this page.
