What this covers

Our Meta app, Trei Social Scheduler, replies by private message to comments on the @trei.dev Instagram account and the trei.dev Facebook Page. This page explains how to have the data it received about you deleted. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep.

How to ask us to delete your data

• Email contact@trei.dev with your Instagram or Facebook username.
• Or message us on WhatsApp or phone at +91 85500 77767.

What gets deleted

We delete every auto-reply log entry for your username or ID: the comment ID, post ID, the message we sent, and the time. We finish within 30 days and confirm to you once it is done. Entries we do not delete on request are removed automatically after 90 days.

Remove the app's access yourself

• Facebook: Settings → Apps and websites, find Trei Social Scheduler, and choose Remove.
• Instagram: Settings → Apps and websites, find Trei Social Scheduler, and choose Remove.
